They call you to take an exam and if you approved it, then you have an interview with a manager and the manager take the decision of hire you. If you're hired they call you a week before the starting date to work.

With one manager and one director, both behavioural and technical questions were asked, still manageable I think, and can prepare beforehand on resume base on the experiences, need to be familiar enough
