Entrevista
The interview process was relaxed and consisted of multiple video calls. I spoke with different people on the team at varying levels within the business. I also sent multiple emails to answer questions about my experience and interest in the position.

Entrevista
I previously applied for a different position and completed a phone screening. A couple days later, I got a generic email stating that I was not chosen to move forward, but that I would be kept in mind for any future opportunities that came up. A couple months later, I looked on their website and found a very similar job posting, but for their summer associates. I emailed the recruiter that I originally talked to and she said that I was welcome to apply and I would be able to skip the phone screening and be added in with the rest of the candidates for their second interviews. A couple weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything so emailed the recruiter and she said that they were still conducting first round interviews and would schedule me soon. Then a couple more weeks went by and I still had not heard anything so I emailed her again asking for any updates and she responded saying that they were STILL conducting first round interviews. Finally, after a couple more weeks went by, I noticed that someone posted that they had accepted a position for the same one I was applying to and waiting to hear back from, so I emailed her again, apologizing for the number of emails that I sent her asking her for an information. I never heard back. After multiple emails asking for any updates I got ghosted and forgotten about. Why would I want to work for a company that told me that I would immediately be added into their interview process, but then forgotten about. Even if they did not think that I would have been a good fit for the position, let me do the phone screening again and send me a generic email saying I hadn’t been chosen, at least I would have gotten closer. Instead, I had hope that I would hear back and that I would have the opportunity to interview. Now, if I see a position that I think I would fit, I wouldn’t apply just based on how I was treated. I get the impression that they look for a very specific person to fill their positions and if you don’t fit that mold, you are treated like you don’t matter, not getting the chance to prove that you could make a difference and be an addition their their team.

Cannot compliment the process enough! Of all interview processes I have been through, KSM has come out on top.
Open, direct, & timely communication. Positive & encouraging attitudes. Reliable follow through & fast-paced interviews.
I got the opportunity to speak with a variety of members of the KSM team from their Talent Engine, leadership from relevant disciplines, and executive leadership! Everyone I spoke to had great attitudes and energy! They were extremely flexible with interview time setup & accommodating of differing time zones. Good vibes from start to finish!
Though ultimately things did not work out at this time, KSM representatives were nothing but respectful through the entire process.
