I was first interviewed on the phone by Human Resources. A day later I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview with Human Resources. They were very friendly. I was asked some questions and explained the job role. I filled out a form consenting to a drug test and was then given the drug test right then and there for instant results. Then I was taken on a tour of the resort.
