I was first interviewed on the phone by Human Resources. A day later I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview with Human Resources. They were very friendly. I was asked some questions and explained the job role. I filled out a form consenting to a drug test and was then given the drug test right then and there for instant results. Then I was taken on a tour of the resort.

From the start of the interview they made you feel comfortable and at ease. They were very informative about the entire training process and what it would in tale, anything from learning CPR to how to deal with rude guest to all the benefits that they offer. Overall it was an easy interview.
