Submitted my resume via the K-C website and went through about an hour phone screen with the Recruitment Associate Manager - Kimberly-Clark/Accenture based out of Virginia Beach. I clearly met all the qualifications, education, industry experience, etc. She had indicated that the hiring manager would make final determinations on who would be brought in for interviews and that she would follow up with me in a few days in any case. I never received any feed back despite a follow up phone call and e-mail inquiring as to my status. Very rude and unprofessional. Candidates take time out of their work days to talk, often risking their current jobs to do so. Not to mention, preparation for the interview itself. Common courtesy of a reply should be the standard. I would not consider Kimberly-Clark for any further opportunities based on this experience.
