I got the interview through my university. The process was very formal, with the interviewer first pushing me a piece of paper to identify my work-authorization status. Then we went through a list of prepared questions and he filled out my answers. The questions centered around how I worked in a team, and relevant experiences to a Financial Analyst role. At the end, he asked if I had any questions. I discovered that the Financial Analyst program is first a 16-20 month rotation at one of two locations, then you are shuttled to different locations that match your career goals. Apparently that never ends. My interviewer had moved 8 times in the past 16 years.

1 short Phone call with basic STAR Questions 1 in-person final round interview where we interviewed with 4 different managers. Had a lunch after 2 interviews and the whole process took around 3-4 hours. I did well in the interview but they did not like my entrepreneurial spirit outside of the 9-5 job.
