Went through two interviews and submitted a two page written assessment. Everything seemed to go well, but I understand a lot can happen behind the scenes and it’s obviously their right to pass on candidates. My issue is with the fact that I had to reach out after over two weeks of radio silence to be told they would not be moving forward with next steps. I suppose I dodged a bullet, though, because I don’t see myself at an organization that can’t muster the decency to let someone know they didn’t get a job after a relatively involved interview process. Job hunting is hard enough than to have to deal with companies like this.
