Online assessment using Criteria website.
General one-on-one with hiring manager to go over work history and discuss position.
Group interview with other engineers where they asked technical questions about CSS, react and some other general FE questions.
Unfortunately, this last stage was terrible. The interviewers were unprepared and didn't listen. They would often sit in silence for over a minute while I waited for them to obviously come up with a question on the spot. Also, many times, they asked me a specific technical question that I had already answered, making it look like I had missed something.

The process included an initial screening, followed by an extensive take-home exercise requiring a detailed analysis of lifecycle structure, funnel performance, attribution, and workflow design.
I was also asked to record a 10–15 minute walkthrough of my recommendations, which required additional preparation. After submitting, I had a one-hour live session with four members of senior leadership to walk through my thinking and answer questions.
Overall, the process was thorough and involved a significant time investment across multiple stages.
The final decision was communicated at a high level (“moving forward with candidates more aligned to current needs”) without specific feedback, despite the depth of the evaluation process.

Quick process- everyone was very nice- very conversational - they want to know what makes you tick - come prepared with good stories that demonstrate your experience. Make sure you have a solid understanding of the product- I suggest signing up for a trial.
