I applied through GaijinPot and was contacted the same day for an interview. The interview was easy and basic enough, but I did mention the Glassdoor reviews in my interview. The interviewer said the bad reviews were due to basically lazy employees with different ideals who wanted to move to Japan just for fun and not really work. Coincidentally after my interview, two positive reviews were added to Glassdoor. I was never contacted for a follow up interview or official rejection, but honestly I was ok with that. I had reached out to former employees on LinkedIn and one did not recommend working there at all as well as verified everything that had been said on the negative Glassdoor reviews. Also do not be fooled by the salary listing! It looks high but the daily working hours are WAY longer than normal.
It was bad and the interviewer was rude, I had heard some bad things about the place and the interview met my expectations to be honest with you so I wouldn’t recommend

Entrevista
The company is just messy and the owner is rude.
In the first interview (zoom), the interviewer created a completely different meeting. They rescheduled the interview for TWO HOURS later.
They said they'd send me the instructions for the trial... didn't happen.
On the trial day, the interviewer who asked me to go in person and meet him in the school WAS NOT THERE, the other staff didn't have any idea, so they improvised tasks for me.
