Entrevista
The interview process consisted of a phone interview and an in-person interview. During the in-person portion of the interview, a skills test was administered to help garner an understanding of my interpretation of data sets and KPI metrics. I was also interviewed panel-style, with three of the departments team members asking me questions. Finally, I was given an opportunity to sit down with the director of the group who asked very basic questions on a more personal level.

First of all, the interviewer was late. But the more bothering part was that the job poster didn't even mention in the ad that the candidate MUST have a driver's license. Then they still invited me to the first interview to only turn me down for not having a driver's license after 10 minutes into the interview. It was annoying because I basically spent my whole morning to prep for the interview out of my vacation.

2 interviews and Korn Ferry assessment. Interview conducted by HR and Hiring manager. Either on Teams or in person on site. Questions are situational based, to gauge candidates ability to handle situations.
