Waste of time do not advertise and waste experienced managers time if you are going to recruit internally . Clearly do not want ambitious cosmetic proven background. Even in my mystery shop was a poor experience with staff who are not able to sell and not able to ask for the sale. Company needs to look at there process , looks like staff are in comfort zone.
