Entrevista
Interview has two steps, phone with HR and meeting with the team manager/VP. Asked about the background. After worked in this company, I realized that company culture is too strict to young people.

Can you use excel? What is your related experience?
The interview was more focused on past work and behavioral questions. One interview only for my role. The conversation was ok, and they introduced the day to day work as well.

Entrevista
First round was with a recruiter. Second round was with hiring manager. Third round was a pannel interview from cross functional teams. Fourth round was with VP of the team. It took 4-5 weeks to get an offer
