Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Labcorp (Princeton, NJ) em jul. de 2013
Entrevista
Had an initial phone interview with an HR rep who called from Chicago, IL (the actual position is in Princeton, NJ). Asked about what I thought of animal testing, where/when did I hear about covance for the first time, what are my professional strengths, what is a moment in my career that I am most or very proud of, why am I right for the job?
The person interviewing was very nice.

Applied online for the job and got an email asking for a phone screening within 10 days. The first phone interview was relatively standard, just going through my resume and asking what my skills are/relevant experience. Only curveball were the questions about animal testing/affiliation with PETA. Second round interview consisted of three different phone calls with head of departments/senior analysts. The first was more technical, asking about my experience in programming/how I would deal with a problem given certain information (stats related), while the other two were more informal and asked about my resume, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I came in for a final round interview to the headquarters, and met with the people I would work with if extended an offer. Overall, I expected a more behavioral-based interview process, but it was actually pretty informal and felt as though the employers were just trying to gauge how good of a fit I would be in their team.
