I was called in for an interview. I had to take a accuracy test (which the agency told me people rarely pass). Surprise surprise I didn't pass it. I then had an interview with the finance director and a person from HR. It was meant to be competency based but the questions didn't really come across that way. This role was within the Supply Chain team and although I told the agency I had no Supply Chain experience they still asked all Supply Chain related questions - which I struggled to answer! Glad I received no offer as I probably would have rejected them anyway.
