The times mentioned/advised by the recruiters to answer these leadership principles in the panel interview S(1-2min) T (1 min) A (5-6min) R (1-2min) method doesn't work, I got interrupted in between the actions before providing the results / monetary impact that was supposed to impress the interviewer, almost ended up looking like a person who did not prepare. What is the point in putting that effort and still ending up looking up like a dumb person
