It was very simple minded and hosted by people that had no comprehension of my true ability. I could have BS'd my way thru any part of it. I strongly recommend having someone in the room that would at least understand the topic...

Recruiter called me, I was not looking at the time. I did a short interview on the phone and sent my resume. Within the week I did an in-person interview at the facility with HR and the Quality Manager. I received the job offer the day after the interview.
