Called by recruiter one day and the recruiter scheduled a Skype interview with the hiring manager the next day. The interview with the hiring manager lasted about an hour. The manager was mainly checking for technical experience and personality fit, but it was generally very laid back and "easy". There were no STAR questions or brainteasers involved. Received offer the same day as the Skype interview.
