It was very welcoming, I interviewed for an entry-level position. but knocked the interview out of the park. (Their words) so they offered me a management position, which I accepted. Only to be rug-pulled because they didn't actually read my resume. Stating I am a perfect fit for them (their words). But I need a bachelor's degree. Doesn't matter if it was in why the sky is blue or what. Very demoralizing and discouraging.
