I went through three interviews, one phone interview and two in person. Everyone was super nice, the recruiter, the person at the front desk, and both interviewers. I thought everything went really well, but unfortunately did not end up with the job. The reason I indicated my experience as neutral is because I got conflicting feedback as to why I did not get the position, and that was a little bit of a red flag. Other than this, my experience was positive. The questions were all typical "tell me about a Time when..." etc. Also make sure you ask many questions as well...that is something they are apparently looking for.

An ex-colleague of mine had declined the offer and referred me to the recruiter who called me the same week and put me through the process. I was then interviewed by a Senior Manager and the Head of the department. At times, it was obvious that the Senior Manager was not 100% focused on the interview, that even his manager had to call his name a couple of times to bring him back in focus. Very destabilizing for a candidate. I never received feedback from that interview. I contacted the recruiter a couple of weeks after that only to be told that he had left the company and that another recruiter would follow-up. that never happened. It's been a waste of time and a disappointment.
