Good and bad experience. Initially a call with recruiter who was lovely and delved into experience properly Followed by a call with a senior sales person on the team which had the vacancy. Awkward and almost disinterested impression given off by the interviewer. Didn’t delve into my relevant experience at all , even though I had ample industry related experience. A week later I received an auto reject mail and when I followed up for feedback with the recruiter they said get the feedback and share it with me. Disappointingly it never arrived. Overall left a bad impression of the company with me. I don’t think feedback is too much to ask for when you put a lot of work into an interview

The overall interview process was incredible - although it took longer than expected, the team was transparent about potential timeframe of next steps and final decision. I was reached out to by a recruiter and needed to apply online to move further. It was essentially a 3-step interview but ended up meeting more people along the way - which was a positive experience as every single member were so kind and insightful. 1st step was a phone call with their recruiter, 2nd was an interview with the hiring manager, 3rd is either a mock call or presentation with a panel (still including the hiring manager) and 4th (potentially final step) is a conversation with the senior manager. All in all, it was a positive experience; definitely worth the wait!
