I was very disappointed by this interview. I have actual experience creating a residential portal application, and did not even make it past the phone screen with the head of talent. The conversation went well, it was apparent that I had applicable experience and honestly, I felt I was a give in to get a conversation with the head of the design team. Instead, I got radio silence, followed by a rejection letter a month later.
