I had one phone interview for about 30 minutes where the recruiter asked me about a summery of my resume experience.
Then I had three in person interviews at the office with the hiring manager and two of the Account Executives. All of the questions were basic interview questions about myself and moral/ethical choices. No technical questions.

Apesar de longo, com várias fases, as pessoas faziam sentido para o processo da vaga e tinham conhecimentos distintos. Informaram que dariam feedback após as fases, mas após última fase não reformaram mais.

Very simple. 2 rounds, one with an actuary on the team, and the other with the lead actuary. All behavioral questions, nothing technical. Communication was very smooth, fast, and very organized process
