The interview process begins with phone screen by a recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist), followed by several rounds of interviews and an on-site. Then you get left hanging which is resulting in Lockton being one of the worst candidate experiences to date. It’s surprising how so many companies neglect the candidate experience. It’s okay to not be offered a position but how you treat people matter — always has and always will.
