Entrevista
Pretty simple. Just met for coffee and discussed my resume. I was asked some questions and given the opportunity to answer questions. I was told a lot about the company culture and how things worked and the different levels. I was also advised of next steps in the process.
The interview process was standard and easy. I had 3 rounds of interviews, a phone screening, interview with an LC, and interview with a team member. The process from phone interview to first interview took the longest.
The people I interviewed with at the time were too serious and had no personality. There were four of them in the conference room, which I thought was too excessive for the role I interviewed for.
