The interview process was simple.They asked about my experience.They wanted to know about my personality.Why was I applying for Longhorn Stealhouse.The general manager said it is pretty busy there.The interview went well.They called my the same day of interview for job offer.I was excited.

It was a phone call and then immediately went in for onboarding and got started fairly quickly. Filled out paperwork and went through the whole process. Started in about two weeks

3 interviews. Final interview with the managing partner. Can seem repetitive but this really makes the people they hire very good workers. Some people only have two interviews, others have up to 4-5
