It was a phone call and then immediately went in for onboarding and got started fairly quickly. Filled out paperwork and went through the whole process. Started in about two weeks

The interview process was simple.They asked about my experience.They wanted to know about my personality.Why was I applying for Longhorn Stealhouse.The general manager said it is pretty busy there.The interview went well.They called my the same day of interview for job offer.I was excited.
