Received an offer to interview from a staffing agency. My experience interviewing was OK- I did not receive enough information about the position from the agency prior to interviewing. HR asked vague questions most likely to get a feel for you as a person rather than your experience in any previous roles. They were very upfront about the challenges to the position and to the work environment. The interviewers were fair in their questions and need to feel out the candidates but, were the least personable of 20 companies that I interviewed for during this period. There were two interviews over all on the same day. I would advise a candidate to be 200% percent sure they want to work at this company, above all other companies and that they would give both their arms to be there before interviewing. It is definitely not an environment that you can grow in easily so, be sure you are there for them and to work your tail off. The people in the office were not friendly but, have true pride in their company.
