You are initially screened then scheduled for a phone interview, in which you will role play speaking with a customer. You will then be called in for a group interview, and the break away finally for a one on one interview.

Entrevista
The interview was friendly . You will go in and be handed a packet of about ten pages . It is a self written exam and you will need to be able to write a formal email without any mistakes. Its best to bring your A- game to the interview its a plus to dress very trendy and be pleasant . In my group interview there was very qualified young ladies there. You will be doing a one on one interviews with several managers . The interview is typically 4 hours long ! ( so make sure you eat something to keep your mind sharp )
