Written exam with open questions, then in person interview with HR manager, then with manager. Then I got the offer. It was pretty simple. And they are also very simple at firing you for no reason if you even utter a word that is not blatant flattery for them.

Very casual, went into their head office and had a meeting, talk about the company and my goals and experience. The main downside was that they didn’t read my resume or cover letter properly before inviting me for an interview as they offered me the job but not with the availability I had specified in the cover letter.
