I applied online then a few days later I received a reply for taking a video interview. It wouldn't take so long just some basic questions. Then I was invited to a group interview and the HR team presented quite professional. There were the brand introduction and brand direction during the interview to deliver the brand's image. I thought the final stage was to meet with the hiring manager. I wasn't sure if there was a further interview with the higher management of the brand. It has been 2 weeks since the last interview with the hiring manager and I didn't receive any call or email from the brand. Does anyone know that means I fail the interview or not? I think they would reply asap if I could pass the interview and make the offer. Or they usually need to take over 2 weeks to process? I feel desperate without any reply.

Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.
