Store manager only interviewed then I signed papers. There was not much to it because I was being referrred by a friend that worked there. The manager knew what she wanted and I was a cultural match for the team, so it was all about getting paperwork done which was a hassle.

Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.
