Il primo contatto è stato con l'HR, sono stato poi messo alla prova dal punto di vista tecnico tramite la piattaforma online IKM, dopo il test ho fatto un colloquio tecnico abbastanza facile con una risorsa interna di Luxoft, seguito poi da due colloqui tecnici piuttosto approfonditi e difficili con un'interessante azienda automotive (cliente Luxsoft). Alla fine ho rifiutato l'offerta perché avevo ricevuto una controproposta molto allettante e diverse promesse di crescita, ma me ne sono pentito. Tornassi indietro accetterei. Nel complesso esperienza positiva, mi dispiace di aver fatto perdere tempo.
