Written test including abbreviations, scenarios, level of service understanding. Then a panel interview with the supervisor or manager. During the interview the position is discussed regarding responsibilities and tasks that must be accomplished everyday.

Application is filled out online. You'll be contacted to come in for an interview. They start with a written test that is basic NREMT type questions. The actual interview is simple. Questions about your resume, who you are, your goals, etc. They do 3 nremt type scenarios questions and 3 organizational questions. You interview with 2 people. They are very friendly and the interview is comfortable and laid back. They are interested in who you are as a person and not just who you are as a medic.
