Entrevista
One phone meeting with HR Director, and then one person meeting with principals. I was lucky that my experience almost exactly matched what they were looking for, and I had previously worked for one of their closest competitors at nearly the same level of responsibility, and that they had a live project ready to go, just waiting on them to find someone.

Entrevista
The scheduling process was very clear and efficient. Their HR did not ghost on emails even when they decided that they would not proceed with me, and also answered follow up questions.

During the phone screening with HR, they asked:
1. Do you have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.
2. Give you a couple of case scenarios on client relationship management.
3. Upcoming travels in the next 6 months.

During the second stage of the interview, it was a Revit test:
1. Knowing Revit would be a plus for project managers.
2. They claim that it will just be an assessment to see how well you understand the software, but the outcome will not actually affect the interview outcome.
3. They provided Revit files as working materials and a website link to the questionnaire that includes questions for multiple choices and/or short answers. Examples of the questions:
-In A file, what is the sqft of two rooms combined?
-In B file, what is the color of the paint finish of the door?
-In C file, create a schedule and provide a grand total of how many single glazed doors are in this space?
-In D file, how many windows are on the facade of the south exterior wall on Level 2?

The interview was quick and organized, we discussed the project needs and team needs. The work described seemed ok, nothing too exciting. Team seems half relatively new and other half have been there for decades.
