The process was well structured with great communication channels throughout. Clear steps to follow & a friendly approach. Two stages with the first being a one on one traditional Q&A & the second being a formal on-site presentation.

Entrevista
Interviewing was very smooth, and well-coordinated despite an accelerated timeline. Talent Acquisition initial screening was really proactive, getting started at the earliest possible date, even squeezing in between Christmas and New Year! A video call interview with the hiring manager and a second interviewer followed quickly leading to quick arrangement of a face-to-face presentation interview. the timeline was short, so there was minimal time to prepare for the presentation however expectations were clearly set that it was about the content not the slide formatting.
You can tell that MHR use the strengths of their own product to facilitate the process, providing a much better experience than elsewhere.

I was asked to draw on my experience to indicate how I would handle expected scenarios.

Entrevista
I went through a 3 stage interview process, it began with a more relaxed chat with the hiring manager to understand more about the role and for them to learn about me and my motivations. The second stage was the more traditional competency based interview with a presentation and that was followed by the final stage of a more relaxed chat again but this time with the CPO, and more of an opportunity for me to learn more about them and their vision for the wider HR team. I really enjoyed my interview and the interview process; it was quick, smooth and communications were clear and consistent. The interviews themselves were a good mix of sincere but relaxed, whilst still being conducted professionally. I felt at ease at all stages and never felt that I was unsure of where I stood, or what was happening next.
