Went in for tile and interviewed with a manager at first for pavers. She wanted to continue the interview after finding out I was due to interview with someone else. When it was clear that I wanted the tile position instead of pavers, the interview was ended. There was a rescheduled second first interview for the correct position. It felt off and a formality. The interviewers were clear that long hours outside of schedule is needed to be a top earner.
