Next, candidates go through a 3 hours panel interview, with 2 software developers. then the director of UX design and a senior UX designer, then the product managers. Lastly, the design folks will have an hour of a "topgrading interview", asking about your career decisions from high school to the present time. In the end, I received the feedback that the position they were hiring was canceled.
