At the time (pre-Allegis acquisition), the interview process was informal and comfortable. I'm told that it is painfully corporate and ridiculous now. Now, people have to answer questions such as, "tell me something negative about yourself", "what do you like about yourself?", "what are you most proud of achieving in your life?". They lose great candidates by treating serious professionals like kids just out of college.

Terrible process that was long, drawn out and frankly disrespectful. They had me speak with 5 people and then I had to spend an entire day traveling by air to meet them in person just for them to spring 3 additional interviews on me and tell me at the end of the day that they don't actually have a position available. I was unemployed at the time and this felt like a terribly abusive process simply because they could. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.
