had a very negative interview experience with the CEO. Despite being transparent from the start that my French level is B1 (clearly stated on my CV and discussed in previous exchanges in English), my interview was cut short immediately after my presentation because I was not bilingual. The meeting was supposed to last 45 minutes but ended in less than 10. This was the final stage of a 5 stage recruitment process, I did case studies, multiple interviews. During the presentation, there was little to no attention or eye contact, and I was criticized immediately without any constructive feedback or acknowledgment of the work I had prepared for a full week. It felt as though the decision had already been made before the interview even began. I was also given a case study late and completed it in one day instead of the promised three, only to travel one hour to attend an interview where my time and effort did not seem respected. Overall, the process felt dismissive and unprofessional.
