It is apparent that Malt takes great pride in its unique approach to the hiring process, however, it seems that this approach may have some shortcomings. Despite the fact that the positions being offered are mid-level to mid-seniority roles applicants are still required to go through a rigorous process that includes an unreimbursed (!) case study, role play, and multiple interviews.
