There was an initial phone screen which was very simple and included only basic questions regarding why I want the role and my CV. It was successful and then I was invited for an assessment centre in London.

The assessment centre was more of an interview with more than one interviewees. It had a numerical test with no calculator in the beginning which would be quite an easy task with a calculator and only one question for the team members of the group. The question was presented to the group and the interviewer who was talking through Skype from Spain asked everyone the same thing but without the option for discussion between the team members. The question was to analyse the financial market in the UK and mention a sector or type of investment that you would advise someone to invest if you were an advisor yourself.

I had a negative experience. I felt that the interviewer was cold and eager to make negative assumptions about me and my resume. I did not get a strong sense of company culture from either of my 2 interviews. I am happy how things turned out, but i personally did not have a positive view of this company from the individuals I met with.

4 entrevistas. Dinámica grupal (caso de negocio con 10 personas), RRHH (personal), Gerente (personal + caso de negocio), Socio (personal). Normalmente es presencial aunque se puede realizar de manera online por razones de fuerza mayor.
