Just completed the first 2 steps:
1) group dynamics and math + language tests
The group exercise is to develop an online business idea and to pitch it. Math is graphs and English and Spanish are really easy.
2) hr interview on Skype
Very easy going, talked about CV and what I want to do.

Scheduled for a screening and then a first round group interview, then was told that we would head back in two weeks but was completely ghosted, I would avoid this company at all cost, it seems like they are only looking for a specific ethnicity to work for them, and they are also very unprofessional, pay seems to be below market as well, and the project they worked on are also very niche and limited, so I would say to avoid this company no matter what.

The interview process involved several rounds, but communication afterward was extremely poor. After completing the interviews, I never received a formal update, rejection, or feedback. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks went unanswered.
