Got an group interview with 6 other people, we has to introduce ourselves and then we had about 20 min to come up with a new product for a specfic company and create a business plan, we then presented it to the recruiter. Took about 1hr and 30 min. Got an email a week later I was on the wait list after.Hard to talk and stand out with group interviews

Bueno y rápido, no requiere de mucho esfuerzo del candidato pero si de conocimiento acerca de la empresa donde te preguntarán si ya los conoces y cual ha sido tu acercamiento con esa empresa

Scheduled for a screening and then a first round group interview, then was told that we would head back in two weeks but was completely ghosted, I would avoid this company at all cost, it seems like they are only looking for a specific ethnicity to work for them, and they are also very unprofessional, pay seems to be below market as well, and the project they worked on are also very niche and limited, so I would say to avoid this company no matter what.

The interview process involved several rounds, but communication afterward was extremely poor. After completing the interviews, I never received a formal update, rejection, or feedback. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks went unanswered.
