Basic background questions to begin, then followed up with normally 4-5 STAR questions. I’ve had 8 STAR questions at the most. This is with the hiring manager and another manager on the team. You then usually interview with the Director of the team and sometimes the GM of the hotel

Interviewer was late and seemed really irritated to be meeting with me. The interviewer was following a list when interviewing me, and it was based on the STAR method. The interviewer had zero enthusiasm and would answer my questions in a very cold, judgmental, and impatient way.
