The hr was reading the question from the iPad so quick that I can't hear the question clearly. They ask if I have any non-academic technical projects and describe it. They reject me because of not having "personal" projects.

Entrevista
After submitting application, they will invite you to do a online programming test, includes leetcode type questions and multiple choice behavioural questions with time limit around 60 minutes. They allow you to use AI for syntax checking.

Did an OA where they allowed you to use AI to solve problems in multiple different languages (that you'd probably be unfamiliar with). Followed by behavioral screen, which I didn't pass as I was unprepared and the recruiter seemed very unimpressed with me
