The phone screening was thorough and I attended two on-site interviews which involved meeting people from the team and all three directors. The focus was on values and behaviours. They were interested in hearing about examples of challenges which you had come up against in the past and how you dealt with them. All the interviewers were successful at conveying what the raison d'etre of the company was in a way that made the company seem an exciting place full of opportunities to do meaningful work.
