The phone screening was thorough and I attended two on-site interviews which involved meeting people from the team and all three directors. The focus was on values and behaviours. They were interested in hearing about examples of challenges which you had come up against in the past and how you dealt with them.
All the interviewers were successful at conveying what the raison d'etre of the company was in a way that made the company seem an exciting place full of opportunities to do meaningful work.

Quick response (2 days) after submitting my application. 20-30 minute telephone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager. Face to Face with HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Final Interview with Cofounders and 30 minutes with a few people from the wider team. Offer a few days later. Very efficient and pleasant process, well balanced interviews, they asked intelligent questions, had a genuine interest in me and my career objectives while answering all my questions and presented an honest reflection (warts and all) of what life at Mastered was really like.

Personal. A phone call, face to face and then a presentation. Didn't have to wait long for decisions to be made. I got a message from the founder over LinkedIn which was great.
