4 step process, lots of scenario based questions. Very informal but was told that I’d be offered the job at the end of the interview. It was straight forward and they put me at ease

Very informal overall straight forward - nothing too complex. Interviewer was nice too - good experience. Wouldn’t stress too much about it
Quite short and simple, one on one interview and a few questions about traits and how you have handled particular experiences in the past e.g. how you would handle different types of customers
