Applied online and got invited to an in-store interview within a few days. It was a short, informal chat with a shift manager. They asked about availability, previous experience, and how I handle busy environments. The atmosphere was relaxed but a bit rushed. Took about 15–20 minutes overall.

Interviewer didn’t show up to the interview and didn’t tell anyone very unprofessional and workers made me wait for about 30 minutes just to ask me to leave and didn’t try to organise another interview
Met with the manager and asked several questions which weren't too difficult. Good benefits as staff can eat up to a meal, about 3 items including a main, side and a drink/dessert if you're working full shift.
It was ok, phone call screening was pretty much it. Answered questions thouroughly and tried to be personable on the phone. Asked about my preferred start date and if I was legally able to work in Canada.
