Very Length and no communication done in case you are not selected. I had 3 rounds of interview. After the third interview I reached out to the interviewer too but no communication. Not very professional approach.

Ok, not a bad interview. Nice people. The culture of McDonald’s seems pretty interesting, but ultimately not my cup of tea. We talked at length about experience, the company image seemed to focus on their overall fame as Maccas and not much else when it comes to internal work styles.
